Adaptive double seam thickness gauge
Double seam thickness is often the first place where double seam problems can be easily identified.
Many companies still use manual seam micrometers, which simply do not perform well with beverage cans. The correct chuck wall angle is difficult to match, and the delicate, flexible nature of the beverage double seam means different operators can obtain a variation in results for the same measurement position.
